RETURN POLICY

In case you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a full refund or replacement. You can return it to us for a refund under the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original condition, packed and unopened.
• Products must be returned within 24 hours from the date of receipt.
• Proof of purchase or order information must be included with the return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

5.⁠ ⁠Once we receive your return, we will issue you a coupon for the same amount as the returning item.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. We typically dispatch orders within 2 to 3 days, so it's crucial to inform us promptly.

Cancellations are dependent on whether your order has been shipped or not. Since items are usually shipped within two to three business days, it's essential to notify us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
